Cambodia Post Bank Goes Call Center with Microsoft Lync

Techenture Consulting Co Ltd (www.techenture.com) is proud to announce the first ever Microsoft Lync Enterprise Voice call center solution deployment in Cambodia with Cambodia Post Bank PLC (www.cambodiapostbank.com), a member of Canadia Investments Holdings PLC.

Cambodia Post Bank PLC (CPB), one of the largest commercial banks in Cambodia which is a strategic member of Canadia Investment Holdings PLC and Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte Ltd. CPB selected Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and Microsoft Lync Server 2013 as their communication platform replacing the legacy mail system and current analog PABX.

Techenture Consulting Co Ltd, a Microsoft Gold partner with gold competency on Microsoft Voice and communication platform was selected for this project. This is the first time that a Microsoft Lync based enterprise voice PABX was deployed integrated together with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 in Cambodia.
